The youngest member in the team and Co-Founder of The Pink Foundation, Harmeet is a big time dreamer and a strong believer in her own thoughts and beliefs. A graduate in Mass Media with a Masters degree in Development Communications, she has worked in the NGO sector with organizations like Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan, The Akshaya Patra foundation and Craftroots and is now ready to experience the development world from herself. She has experience dealing in issues relating to Dalits, Women Empowerment, NREGA and Craft Artisans.
The Pink Foundation is her dream project and she is ready to dedicate herself to this with complete zeal and enthusiasm. During leisure moments, Harmeet likes to share unheard live stories of her new friends and read fiction novels.
Manmeet co-founded The Pink Foundation and looks after the general administration. She brings 11 years of experience in the Retail, BPO, B2B, Human Resourse and Training and now a Business Consultant for different companies. Manmeet's administrative strength has helped the Foundation to get a good start. She took this initiative as a challenge and works hand-in-hand with other members to reach the ultimate goal. Everyday is challenge for her and living upto her own expectations is her passion.
Himani have been a strong pillar in establishing The Pink Foundation. She has served in organisations like Vidyabharti Foundation and Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan and has dealt with various slum population issues like education, health and women empowerment. A graduate in Economics followed by Masters in Development Communications, Himani is a go-getter and is ready to take up any challenges offered. She takes care of all the Development related issues of TPF and helps managing it's events.
Mr. Dawar comes as a Mentor in The Pink Foundation. He brings with him over 40 years of experience in Sales Management, Promotion, Communications, development of new products, Recruitment and training of sales staff. He is considered as the Guru of Sales in his professional life.
He started his career in Sales and gradually after small stint in different companies, he joined Johnson & Johnson and spent more than a decade there and learnt nuances of the FMCG industry. This helped him keeping his mark in Contemporary Targett Ltd where he was taking care of their Toothbrush and Tea Division pan India. Later, for period of three years he worked as Branch Manager for IBM Ace Computer Division in Ahmedabad.
Currently he is giving consulting to Ahmedabad based Company dealing in FMCG and for few of the Tea Estates in Siliguri. He is also attached with Ahmedabad Management Association, Gujarat University and other Business Institutes as Visiting Sales Faculty as well as Corporate Sales Trainer.
Mr. Dawar is Graduate and Diploma holder in Salesmanship & Publicity, Marketing & Advertising. In free time, he likes to devote himself in reading and listening spiritual leader's talks.
